Each shake has 30 grams of protein per serving and is gluten-free, according to the brand. You can buy them in over a dozen flavors like chocolate, vanilla, cafe latte and caramel, many of which are on sale now. Numerous NBC Select staff members rely on this toiletry bag to store all their essentials while traveling, and it’s so roomy that we often joke we can fit our entire bathroom inside it. It folds out into four clear panels with double-zipper pockets, some of which have interior elastic straps to keep bottles upright. I use them to listen to music, take calls and while I’m doing workouts. This is Apple’s most recent model, with multiple listening modes (including noise cancellation) and up to 10 hours of battery life, according to the brand. The earbuds have sensors that track your heart rate and calories burned in workouts, a hearing aid feature and live language translation abilities. They come with ear tips in five sizes so you can get the best fit, and a Mag-Safe charging case for easy juicing up. Five NBC Select staff members tested the Brick earlier this year, and each person says it helped them reduce their screen time, leading to better sleep, more focus at work and less of an urge to constantly scroll through social media. We named the (waterproof) Paperwhite the best Kindle after testing each Amazon e-reader: It has the longest battery life at about 12 weeks per charge, according to the brand, and you can adjust the tone of the screen light depending on where you’re reading to see pages better. The Paperwhite has a 7-inch glare-screen so you can read even in direct sunlight, and a compact size that’s ideal for travel or commuting. Read our Amazon Kindles review. The Sony XM5 over-ear headphones have clear, crisp and detailed sound quality that make almost anything sound better. They also have great noise cancellation, call quality and battery life (up to 30 hours with noise canceling), and they can connect wirelessly or via a wire. I’ve carried Birdie’s personal safety alarm on my keychain for years and I always gift it to loved ones who are college students or frequent travelers. To sound the alarm, you just pull the top ring, which also triggers a built-in strobe light to start flashing. The rechargeable alarm has an on/off switch so you don’t have to worry about it going off in your bag, as well as a built-in flashlight and charge indicator light. Best Prime Day beauty and wellness deals I’ve reported about oral care for six years, and no matter how many teeth whitening strips I test, Crest’s come out on top for two reasons: They actually work and they’re easy to use. The NBC Select Wellness Award-winning strips are coated in hydrogen peroxide to brighten your smile and remove surface stains, and they have a no-slip grip — I have conversations while wearing them and they don’t budge. You get 44 strips per pack, which is enough for 22 treatments. “I’ve been using Color Wow Dream Coat for over three years and I don’t remember what it was like to blow dry my hair without it,” says NBC Select associate social media editor Caitlin Cusck. “I have super frizzy hair and this product makes a noticeable difference. It also leaves my hair feeling soft for days.” The spray’s anti-frizz formula blocks moisture and humidity to keep hair glossy and smooth, and it doubles as a heat protectant. It lasts through three to four washes, according to the brand, and Cusack says it’s very lightweight. Once I apply it, it keeps my lips hydrated and soft for hours. Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream (which dropped in price even more today) made our list of 100 best moisturizers and it’s beloved among NBC Select staff members across skin types. The lightweight, non-greasy cream is made with squalene and ceramides, hydrating ingredients that strengthen, soften and smooth out skin the barrier. It absorbs into skin quickly — I only need to wait a few seconds before layering makeup on top, and Kiehl’s says it can act like a primer with a satin finish. Oral-B’s electric toothbrush has features dentists told us to prioritize while shopping, including an automatic pressure sensor, a two-minute timer and soft bristles. You can choose from three cleaning settings, and its battery lasts for up to four weeks per charge, according to the brand. The toothbrush comes with a travel case and a charger. I swear by Olaplex’s hair oil to soften, smooth out and add shine to my curls, and since a few drops go a long way, the bottle lasts me months. I always apply the oil before using hot tools since it offers heat protection up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it gives you frizz control and humidity resistance for up to 72 hours, according to the brand. The oil, which you can use on all hair types, as well as wet and dry hair, is also color-safe and works on chemically treated hair. This water flosser is an NBC Select Wellness Award-winner that also earned the American Dental Association’s Seal of Acceptance. It has three pressure settings and a water reservoir built into its handle that gives you about 45 seconds of continuous spray, according to the brand. They say you can use the dry shampoo from roots to ends. It’s made with rice starch to absorb moisture, oils and odors from the scalp, as well as nourishing sea buckthorn berry. This hydrating sheet mask is white when you apply it, but as your skin absorbs the serum it’s soaked in, it turns transparent. It’s formulated with collagen, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to moisturize, help improve skin tone, texture and elasticity, as well as minimize the appearance of pores, fine lines and wrinkles, according to the brand. Biodance recommends leaving it on for three to four hours or overnight. Best Prime Day home deals This vacuum will be the cleaning hero in your home due to its powerful suction that cleans up messes on all floors. The brush also has a built-in stainless steel scraper to get between grates and a retractable hook to lift grates up, plus a rotating handle and a bottle opener on the base. Every time I use my Bissell Little Green Machine to spot clean carpet, area rugs and upholstered furniture, I’m amazed by how well it gets stains, odors and dirt out of fabric. It’s so easy to use: You just add water and the included cleaning solution to one removable tank, and then you use the nozzle to spray the solution on fabric, scrub the area and suction up the mess. The dirty water goes into a separate removable tank. The appliance comes with a self-cleaning tool to rinse out the hose when you’re done, a Tough Stain Tool and a Spraying Crevice Tool to get into tight spaces. Now that I’ve used the Jolie Filtered Showerhead for more than three years, I can confidently say it’s made my hair softer and prevented my sensitive skin from constantly drying out. Its replaceable filter helps reduce the presence of chlorine, heavy metals and other contaminants in your water, according to the brand, and it comes with all the installation materials you’ll need. Dyson makes some of our favorite cordless vacuums, including this lightweight one with a 40-minute run time. It has two cleaning modes, a built-in filter and a self-cleaning motorbar, plus it converts into a handheld vacuum. The vacuum comes with a crevice attachment and a wall dock for easy charging. The Casper Original Pillow is a NBC Select Bed & Bath Award winner, and years after testing it, many members of our team still sleep with it every night. The standard-size pillow comes in a pack of two, and it’s filled with a down-alternative material that gives it a medium-soft feel. Best Prime Day kitchen deals Le Creuset’s 8-inch nonstick pan is made from anodized aluminum, a material that helps it heat up quickly and distribute heat evenly, according to the brand. It also has a textured interior that helps you brown and sear food. The pan is compatible with all stovetops, oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, dishwasher-safe and works with metal utensils. I bring my Owala water bottle everywhere since it has a leakproof, push-lock lid, so I never worry about drinks spilling in my bag. There’s two ways to drink from it: by sipping through the hidden straw or tilting it back and chugging. The 40-ounce, dishwasher-safe bottle is made from insulated stainless steel to keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours, according to Owala, and you can screw off the cap to add ice or electrolyte powder through the wide opening. There’s also a built-in carry loop. You can make hot and iced beverages in less than a minute with this Keurig single-serve coffee maker. There’s five cup sizes to choose from, and the appliance’s removable reservoir holds 75 ounces of water, so you don’t need to constantly refill it. It also has a strong brew setting if you like more intense flavor, and you can adjust settings like temperature and the auto on/off function. Plus, the Keurig’s drop tray is removable to accommodate tall travel mugs. These oven mitts are heat-resistant up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to protect your hands from hot dishes, according to the brand. They have a ribbed, water-resistant silicone exterior, making them extra grippy and easy to wipe clean, as well as a soft interior lining for comfort and hanging loops for easy storage. Upgrade your microwaveable popcorn with this dishwasher-safe kitchen gadget.
